We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet all your requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Results from using the Service will be effective or reliable
• All metadata will be completely removed from every file type

You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemoveMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through the Service

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past six months.
